Can you help us to find and book a venue?

We recommend booking our services 12-18 months in advance of your wedding or event date. This allows ample time for planning and preparation, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with your vision.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We offer a comprehensive range of services for wedding and events, including full-service planning, partial planning, and event management ("coordination").

Yes, we do offer consultation services. Whether you are looking for tips on how to stay on track with planning your wedding or guidance on how to select your venue/vendors, our team can provide you with professional advice and insights to set you up for success leading up to your big day.

Do you offer event consultation services?

We currently do not offer only "day-of" coordination. Our shortest wedding and event coordination service, known as "Event Management," begins 3-months prior to your event date to ensure our team has adequate time to prepare, plan, and finalize all details.

Do you offer "day-of" event coordination?

Yup! Our team will be on-site on the day of the event to oversee setup, manage vendors, handle any issues that may arise, and ensure everything goes as planned.

Do you provide on-site event management?

Absolutely. We'll help create a detailed timeline for your event, ensuring all activities flow smoothly and the event progresses as planned. We also coordinate with all vendors to ensure they are aware of the schedule.

We believe in open and regular communication with our clients. The planning process is new for most couples, and we understand that questions will come up along the way. As our client, you will be able to communicate with our team via email, phone, video call, or in-person meetings.

We offer various service packages, as well as a la carte options. We will work with you to determine the best service type for your unique situation. After the initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed quote based on your specific needs.

Yes, we have experience planning and designing multicultural weddings. Diversity and inclusion are important to us - not only for our team, but for our clients.

We typically schedule regular meetings throughout the planning process, whether in person, over the phone, or via video call. However, the frequency of these meetings can be adjusted according to your preferences and needs.

How often will we meet during the planning process?

You can be as involved as you want to be! Each couple is different - some prefer to be involved in every detail while others prefer a more 'hands-off' approach. Whatever your preference is, we are happy to accommodate.
